When shipping this product we had to think off many different things. To the left is an image of our palletization of the perfume bottles that are each in a bottle. The type of pallet we chose was a 48"x40" pallet size, which is the standard U.S. GMA dimensions. Using Cape Pack to make this palletization, the 3D Artios CAD file of the package with the bottle in it was opened into Cape Pack. In the case there would be no more than 12 bottles in it and a minimum of 6 in each RSC pack. When using Cape Pack to create a good shipping pallet we had an optimal option of palletization that was easy to stack and didn't have much risk of falling over in transport. When thinking about these factors we came to conclusion that since our bottles are fragile, they were only allowed to have one layer on the pallet. The final palletization had 9 boxes of product per RSC box and 35 RSC's per layer, which in this case this pallet could only hold 35 RSC's.
